As of 2024, Giovese Family Wines are available in 22 US states and British Columbia through licensed distributors. Our expansion continues in 2025 into additional US states, Canadian provinces, and global markets.

E-Commerce

The Winery

Since 2016, the winery has been converting their 100+ hectares of vineyards to organic farming.
The winery is currently in the process of completing their B-Corp certification, a rigorous set of criteria that promotes sustainability in all areas, from organic agriculture to eco-friendly packaging to renewable sources of energy to responsible employment practices.

Meet the woman
behind the women

Once upon a time I was training to be an opera singer and ended up living in Italy for 8 years. I was an ‘okay’ singer, but I was really good at speaking Italian and tasting wine, so I became a wine importer. I often joked that my alter ego was Sandy Giovese, a play on the name of one of Italy’s greatest red grapes, Sangiovese.

Sandy Giovese’s dream is for everyone to enjoy a chilled glass of honest, juicy wine from a box that is also helping you save the planet just a little bit. For variety, Sandy is joined by her charming sister, Rosie Giovese, because everyone loves pink wine, and - new as of 2024 - her sister Bianca Giovese, a zesty Italian white.

We’ve now imported over 20,000 cases, proving that the market is craving better wine in better packaging.
